Siding

Siding, House Wrap, Trim & Fascia

Good siding work starts behind the panels. We install house wrap, siding, trim and fascia, and replace storm-damaged panels, for restoration companies, general contractors, property managers and investors.

Siding services

  • Siding installation. New siding on additions, rebuilds and full re-sides.
  • Panel replacement. Storm-damaged, cracked or missing panels replaced and blended into existing walls as closely as available material allows.
  • House wrap. Weather-resistive barrier installed and lapped correctly, with window and door openings flashed.
  • Trim and fascia. Corner posts, window and door trim, fascia and related exterior trim.

Done right behind the panel

Most siding problems trace back to what's underneath: torn wrap, missing flashing at windows and doors, or damaged sheathing. When panels come off, we check the wall behind them, replace damaged sheathing where the scope covers it, and bring anything beyond the scope to you with photos before going further. Installation follows the manufacturer's instructions for the product you specify.

Storm and restoration siding

Wind and hail often damage siding in the same storm as the roof. We handle both, along with board-up and temporary protection in the meantime, so the building's exterior is on one schedule. Where storm or fire damage goes into the wall structure, our framing work covers the rebuild before new siding goes up. Matching existing siding can be a challenge on partial replacements, so we tell you up front what's available and your scope can reflect it.

What to send us

Send the scope or work order, photos of each elevation, the siding product and color if known, and the job location and dates. If you're matching existing siding, a photo of any manufacturer markings on the back of a removed panel helps. We'll send a written proposal with the scope, price and start date.

For contractors, managers and investors

General contractors use us for siding on renovations and additions when their own crews are committed. Property managers bring us in for repairs and replacements across buildings, and investors use us to refresh an exterior during a renovation. Pair siding with roofing and porch and deck work for a complete exterior scope, or see our insurance restoration page for loss work.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Can you replace just a few damaged siding panels?

Yes. We replace individual panels or full walls. On partial replacements we let you know what matching material is available before work starts.

Do you install house wrap and flashing?

Yes. We install the weather-resistive barrier and flash window and door openings before siding goes on.

Do you handle trim and fascia?

Yes. Corner posts, window and door trim and fascia are part of our siding work.

What if the sheathing behind the siding is damaged?

We photograph it and bring it to you. If it's in the scope we replace it; if not, it goes through your change process before we continue.
