Reconstruction that follows the scope
In restoration work, the approved estimate drives everything. We build to the scope and line items our client provides, and we raise questions before work starts instead of after. If something hidden turns up once walls are opened, such as additional rot or damaged framing, we document it with photos and bring it to you so it can go through your supplement or change-order process before we go further.
Water, fire and storm losses
- Water losses. Rebuilds after drying and demo: framing repairs, insulation, drywall, trim, doors and bathroom rebuilds.
- Fire losses. Structural framing replacement, roof framing and trusses, sheathing and interior rebuilds once the structure is cleared for work.
- Storm losses. Roof, siding, framing and interior repairs after tarping and dry-in.
Who we work with
Our restoration work is for mitigation companies that want a dependable rebuild partner, insurance-program contractors that need capacity in a new market, general contractors carrying more losses than their crews can cover, and property managers dealing with damage across multiple units. We work alongside trusted partners to deliver projects of every size, and we fit into the way your program already runs: your work orders, your documentation requirements and your communication channels.
Photos and closeout for your file
Every job gets start, progress and closeout photos, organized so they're easy to drop into your file. Clear documentation helps you close the job out and keeps your client informed without extra site visits.
One team across the trades
A typical loss touches several trades. We handle framing and structural repair, roofing, siding, interior demo and reconstruction and porch and deck rebuilds, and we coordinate electrical rough-in with the project electrician. Fewer handoffs means fewer gaps in the schedule. For the emergency phase, see storm response and emergency tarping.
