Built to plan and to code requirements
Outdoor structures take a beating from the weather and get close attention at inspection. We build to your drawings and the requirements of the local jurisdiction, with care on the details that matter most: ledger attachment and flashing, connectors and fasteners suited to treated lumber, proper joist support, and guard and stair dimensions. If the drawings and field conditions don't line up, we bring it to you before building.
Restoration and turnover work
Storms and falling debris damage porches and decks along with roofs and siding. Restoration companies use us to rebuild them as part of the larger loss, so one team handles the whole exterior. Property managers and investors bring us in when an aging deck needs to be rebuilt during a turnover or renovation. We document the existing condition and the finished work with photos for your file.
What to send us
Send the drawings or permit set, photos of the existing structure if it's a rebuild, your decking and railing materials, and the job location and dates. We'll review it, raise any questions up front and send a written proposal with the scope, price and start date.
Related work
Porch and deck projects often connect to other exterior scopes. Our framing work handles structural tie-ins, our roofing work covers porch roofs, and our siding work handles trim and wall repairs where the porch meets the building. After a storm, start with storm response and debris cleanup.
