After mitigation
On water and fire losses, our work picks up where mitigation leaves off. Once the structure is dried and cleared, we rebuild to the approved scope. If demo uncovers more damage than expected, we stop, photograph it and bring it to you so it can go through your change or supplement process. Organized photos of open walls before they're closed up are part of every job.

Renovation and turnover
Investors and property managers use us for gut-and-rebuild renovations and unit turnovers. We handle the demo, the reframe and the rebuild, and we coordinate with the other trades so the unit moves from open studs to finished walls without long gaps between phases.
Coordinating the trades
Interior reconstruction touches nearly every trade. We frame for plumbing and mechanical runs, schedule around rough-in and inspections, and coordinate electrical rough-in with the project electrician before walls are closed. One point of contact keeps the sequence moving.
What to send us
Send the approved scope or work order, photos or a walkthrough video of the space, finish selections if they've been made, and the job location and timing. Let us know which trades are already lined up. We'll send a written proposal with the scope, price and start date.
